Great Sofa, Producer: HEM
The Great Sofa lives up to its monumental name. Great in scale; more landscape than furniture, an expansive archipelago of soft upholstery upon which to retreat. Great in looks; the sofa broadcasts its relaxez-vous informality with loose-fit covers that adapt to your body, crumple and cosset — nothing is uptight or rigid about Great Sofa. Great Sofa excels in concept too; easy-to-fit-and-remove covers aid effortless cleaning and offer longevity. No tools are needed for assembly. Plus, our modular system facilitates endless configurations for laidback, feet-up luxury. Corners, islands, conversation pits welcome. Great Sofa is simply great; the ultimate sofa for shelter and sanctuary, extreme loafing, and maximum relaxation.

Description
Great is a modular sofa built around the idea of relaxed living. Its defining “hoodie” detail — a loosely draped upholstery — gives the sofa a casual, lived-in character and allows the fabric to develop a natural patina over time. Comfort is ensured through Kvadrat upholstery laminated onto foam, combined with an elastic assembly system using Velcro fastenings, while no tools are needed for assembly and the modular system allows endless configurations, from corners to islands to conversation pits.
